acne on groin ?

Around APRIL I noticed three flesh toned bumps on my groin area, one side. They later turned into zit like bumps, very small though. Now, it's JUNE & they haven't gotten any better. Actually, they've multiplied and began spreading closer to my more sensitive areas, including my "crack"

Yes, I am sexually active and this does worry me. I don't have time to go to doctor. My partner has noticed the same thing, just where his pubic hair grows. Is this anything to worry about? They don't itch at all, nor do they hurt. I wouldn't have noticed it if I wasn't such a hygiene freak, lol.

If you can give me any tips, please do. I just cannot afford a doctor visit right now.
