acne on scalp

Hi... I have concerns about the acne on my scalp. I have had it for the past 4 years. As a child I had acne on my face and was on tetracyclin, then accutane.... my facial acne went away. Now for the past 4 years, I have acne on my scalp.. Recently i was on chlyrothymicin for a sinus infection with Pregnazone.. and the pimples when away.. they were gone for about 2 weeks. I am also using a topical lotion with no success. Is there something similar to pregnazone that i can use. Just to let you know. I was on Chlyrothymicin 6 weeks prior and my pimples didn't go away. So its either the combination of the anit biotics with pregnazone or just the pregnazone.
Any thoughts or suggestions?
