Wash with benzoyle peroxide twice a day.  Found in all most all otc face washes.  You shoul dee a derm.  Acne of all kinds are caused by bacteria in your system that an antabidic will help with.

I've never tried himalaya's product but I used to have bad acne on my chin and back. I went to an esthetician and she gave me some helpful hints that might help all of you as well.  First, to not add to the problem, she had me avoid all oily food and dairy products (soy milk is ok). If you browse the web you'll see that a lot of dairy products, esp milk, can contribute to acne breakouts. I used to drink milk once or twice a day and never realized I could be contributing to the acne. Then I had to change my shampoo. Avoid anything with a fragrance. She recommended Pantene which is pretty cheap and works great. She had me use a particular brand of soap to cleanse with (face too) called sulfo-lo (it's about 7 bucks on amazon).  Lastly, she had me apply  a 5% benzoyl peroxide gel on trouble spots (I used the visual changes skin clearing gel 5% which you can get at kimberlyspa.com for about 20 dollars). I applied that every night but be careful because it can bleach your clothes or sheets so make sure to wear white. It's been about 3 months and I just finished 2 bars of the soap and one bottle of the BP gel and I have to say the results are amazing! I have a few dark spots from the scarring but they've gotten significantly lighter and with time I'm sure they'll disappear. I have maybe 2 active ones left that I'm still treating but other than that I haven't had any breakouts lately.  For the first month I did see a few breakouts and I think that's because the BP is lifting the dirt out so it got worse before it got better. It was definitely worth it and it cost me maybe 30 dollars total for everything I needed. Hope this works!
