There are lots of things that can help your acne so don't panic yet. The best over the counter remedy is Freederm facial wash and treatment gel. There is also a product called Dr. Murad, but do not use this if your skin is very sensitive as it's very strong. Over the counter remedies are fine for mild to moderate acne but if your's is more serious see your doctor. Get a prescription topical lotion there are lots of good ones like Duac gel, Differin and Dalacin-T. You could also ask your doctor for oral antibiotics like Erythromycin or Oxytretracycline. If you are female going on an anti-androgen contraceptive pill like Yasmin or Dianette can help. If your acne continues your doctor may refer you to a dermatologist for a stronger medication called Roaccutane (Accutane in the USA). I'm always here if you need to ask anything else. With regards to jongall's post, Zinc tablets are good for skin and available cheaply from drugstores. However, always check with your doctor or pharmacist when taking more than one medication-even herbal ones-as they may have contra-indications. loiloi xx
