acne scars

hey um ive had bad acne since grade 7 and im in grade 12 and still have acne somtimes it get better but somtimes it gets worse and my face broke out realy bad just before grad pics >X( anyway im more concerd about scars because it seems every pimple i ever had left a little somthing behind yes scars theyre pike redish purple with a deep hole right in the center it never botherd too too much after seeing my grad pic it set me off like i have the option to have it photoshoped but its not actualy what i look like there are countless scars on my face and i think it runs in my fam cuz ive got aunts and a cousin plus my mom with scars how ever theyres are red purplish like mine theyres are just holes in theyre face um im wondering what can i do to help fade them and end my zits once and for all ... i started dabbing lemon juice on  my face six years of this not taking this man help somone?
