acne treatment on black skin

I am 33 years old and have got acne and scars ,black heads,molls.8 years ago i had taken roacutan and my skin react really well all the acne had gone and now is all coming back..Can i have another course of roacutan now? Would it clear the dark patches and molls on my skin? thank you very much...
