acne,upper arms

my upper arms have always been covered with small spots or pimples and i hate them so much and never take of my shirt if i can help it.can anyone please help me.i did mention it to my doctor once who said i would grow out of it.so far thats not been much help i am now 21 and it doesn't seem to be going anywhere,if any thing it seems like i am getting a few more on my fore arms now.i have never suffered from it any where else thankfully.but still would like to be free from it completely.some one please help.cheers dan

use to have same problem, i keep it away by exfoliating with those shower gloves and nuetrogena acne body wash scrub...

really.that works..i tried the same thing for ages but not with that paticular product.maybe i didn't stick with it long enough also.thanks very much for your time in helping me out.you might have changed my life if this works. i hate girls touching my arms and it really affects me.probably too much ..thanks again
