The best way to control acne during pregnancy is to keep the skin clean and oil free at all times, avoid stress and indulging in mild-moderate exercises. If this does not seem to help, one may use topical erythromycin ointment (sparingly) after discussing with your doctor. Any medication should not be taken without medical advice and prescription.

I splash some apple cider vinegar on my face.. it really does help and its natural. After washing your face with warm water rub in some applecider vinegar (use organic with "the mother ") and then splash some water. It smells awful but.it works! I also exfoliate with some gauze and soap and lemon juice once a week
