breakout on face

my face have alot of acne whenever i burst one it leave a spot and a next one breakout and my face is now full of pimple and blackhead with scars need help please

don't pop those, buy some probiotics at a vitamin store; enough to take 100 billion cultures daily for a month
buy some benzoyl peroxide 10 which is found in acne section everywhere
buy some anti biotic soap and use on hands and face
there is a device approved by FDA that most drug stores might carry that uses heat on a tip that u buy a new tip that has 60, 90 or 120 applications. it is expensive couple hundred dollars but it does work. I don't recall the name but it is dull silver about the size of small cell phone; ask the druggist
get some sun on your face

well am from jamaica i think i have enough sun well the heat cause some fine pimples and most of the time some of those small pimples turn in to big pimples and sometimes blackor whitehead and

, BTW do u have lots of coconuts where u live?
. do u have a file (the type u smooth down wood or similar; a metal file)
try adding STEAM to your face; boil something and use a hood to cover your head and allow the steam to heat your face (like a sauna)
