bumps on face and itchy skin

I have bumps on my face (sometimes about 100 of them at a time).  My whole body itches and when it does I break out bad.  I am on 100 mg of Atarax.  This helps but I still itch some and my face is always broken out.  Could you please give me some suggestions as to what might make this happen..  Any advice is appreciated.. I am at the end of my rope.. thanks   toootie81

Hi there, You just need to get a cream for sensitive skin.
&+ Just watch what you eat, make sure you wash your hands alot, and dont touch your face, because the oils from your skin will get into your pours.
Also steam your face, thats when you turn the tap on really hot, and then lots of steam comes up, but your face by it, and also take a really warm cloth and put it on your face, this will open the pours, then use Acne cream. Dry your face -Air dry. [Works the best less germs.]  But before you wash your face wash your hands, like I said the oil from your hands will create, more pimples.
I used to break out, pimples, underneath and in. But if you do these steps, they will go
away.
Now My face is nice and clear. =)
