It's necessary to use quality products for your skin type for sure. Be sensitive to taking care of your skin daily and have facials for Acne regularly. Mostly the internal situation is most likely the same. So watch your Acne triggers and drink plenty of good water, fruits and vegetable to balance your immune system. Gentle herbs like Milk Veech Root to nourish your liver and **** Quai to balance the female reproductive system will help.
Get quality sleep and have some fun.

Although acne can have hormonal triggers, I do not agree with the post stating that a male patient should take anything to balance hormones. There is little evidence that diet or supplements affect acne either adversely or positively. Acne is caused when people are over-sensitive to the effects of androgens (male homrones) in their body. Androgens cause grease glands to produce sebum (oil). Using a cleansing regime which tackles excess oil is useful. Common ingredients in over the counter products include Benzoyl Peroxide and Salicylic acid. If over the counter products prove to be of limited use see your doctor for a course of oral antibiotic such as Oxytetracycline. I have not yet seen your picture but this medicine is effective for many types of acne. If you prefer to use a topical lotion your doctor can prescribe a topical antibiotic such as Clindamycin (Dalacin-T solution) or a synthetic retinoid such as Differin which is good for many kinds of acne including whiteheads and blackheads.
If you are unable to get prescription medicines at present due to lack of health insurance etc, the most effective over the counter system is probably Freederm, use both the cleansing lotion and the treatment gel.
