comedones!!!!please help

actually i have tiny dots on my face that when i squeeze,a white thing will come out..i dont know what is that..n i keep squeezing it..now many of them appear on my skin,almost 80% of it on my chin...it is very rough when i touch and look obvoius when i look at it closer...i feel terrible..i dun want to squeeze anymore,,but i cannot stand to see the existens of it..is retinoin would help?can u guys give any recommendation??
