constant neck, head,ears,face itching

My neck,face,scalp, outside of my ears, arms itch constantly. Slight rash on my neck but not red or raised...

Itching or pruritis can be caused by a number of causes. It can result from dry skin, infection, inflammation, allergy, insect bites, fungal infection, dermatitis, allergies, hives, scabies, liver diseases causing jaundice, renal diseases, metabolic disorders etc. The rash could be related to infections, allergies, a few autoimmune conditions, haematological issues, non-specific inflammation, metabolic/ hormonal/ endocrinal issues etc. Without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to differentiate between the causes. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a primary care physician or a dermatologist for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
