cysts on nose caused due to acne

Hi. I am an Indian of 20 yrs age. I have had big boils or pimples on the nose since last 5 years. Each pimple came in every 3-4 months and that too on the nose!! :(
I dont know if u call it a big pimple cos it was big enough like a small pea!! But after 15-20 days it used to dry and leave a small black bulging scar on the nose.. So I have around 6-7 scars and on the nose.On the tip of the nose are 2 scars which join forming a big cyst kind of a thing.1 is a depression caused because I squeezed the pimple before it came out and that skin got depressed and some are like small bulged up skin..I know I should have consulted a doctor long back but my parents told me that it is natural and will go naturally.
. In these years I have applied a natural gel from a plant called aloe vera and the scars have almost come to my skin colour. But they are very much visible if you are in front of me and talking to me. And they depress my like anything. I have started avoiding meeting people and my nature has changed from an extrovert to an introvert
I got a little skin scrapped off from the side of one scar in the corner of the nose by my doctor. He made me lay down on a stretcher, put a metal below me(maybe to protect me from electric shock)and with a pen kind of a thing burnt a little bulged up skin. Its been 6 months but it has left a black mark.. So I am looking for a method which can cure my deformed skin. What should I do..I went to a plastic surgon and he suggested me a costly procedure of dermabrasion but some one said its of no use and can cause pigmentation.
Please..Tell me an appropriate and effective method so that I can get my normal skin back..
I took antibiotics and azithromicyn which improved the skin appearence and the pimples stopped coming but the scars seem to have no cure.. As of now i get small pimples on cheeks abut I have stopped taking anti biotics becuse I think my body may become resistant to them if I take an overdose.
My nose has also become big, distorted form one side(because of a depression) and very very oily in these years and there is lots of dandruff too. I feel like a dirty being...I also get small pimples on my back which extend to my shoulders.

Hi. Laser treatment and dermabrasion are expensive and only ever have these carried out in a reputable clinic. Some may offer finance deals so you don't have to pay it all up front. If you feel you have become resistant to one sort of antibiotic, ask your doctor for a different kind like oxytretracycline. Your scars may look worse because of your skin color (although i am very pale and hate the way pink scars look on my white skin!) but they will fade and using bio oil can help. Do not squeeze spots as this spreads the infection and worsens scarring. I know how much acne and scarring can affect your self esteem so please go back to your doctor, try a different type of antibiotic when your acne's clear, deal with the scarring. Good luck, loiloi x

ive had acne all over my face since i was 12 and im 19 and still have it. im  very vain so people tell me its not bad when to me it is.so i understand exactly where ur comin from althouh i didnt get pimples on my nose that often. to anwser your question i would recommend seeing a dermatologist so they can give you a prescription for tretinoin. which is the topical equivalent to accutane. its just the cream form not th pill form. it will cause severe drying of your skin, causing it to flake . so i would use it at nite. and apply a moisturizer in the morning. to keep it from flaking so much during the day. at nite or whenever you wash your face, use a scrub or something to scrub the dead skin cells off your face (the flakes). tretinoin is a high dosage of retin-a or vitamin e. it helps with clearing the skin, discoloration or darkening, and fine lines or small rinkles in th skin. also ask the doctor about tri-luma which is a skin bleaching cream. only use it on your dark spots (i love that stuff) it also has a little bit of retin-a in it. the tretinoin takes a little time to work and the flaking of your skin will become very bothersome if you dont use something to moistureize your skin but nothing that will clog your pores. i hope this helps.
