dark spot

i have pigmentation and dark spot on face doctor say dark spot can remove by skin burn on dark spot can u help me it is good for skin any harmful effect on face skin burn is good or bad please reply soon

This is the acne forum, so I presume the spot is the result of a pustule. If so, the spot will fade in time.

i have dark pigmentation marks that have been caused by spots, are there home rememdies that can get rid of them or make them fade away ? and also, i have a spot, i applied tea ree oil, but its just not going or reducing in redness or size, and has become slightly soft. what can i do ? i cant let it come to a head because of school, anything i can do ?
