dealing with acne for several years.. feel like giving up

im 20 and ever since about the age of 10-12 ive had horrible acne. i went about 2 years with pretty much a completely clear face when i first started on the pill. since then my acne has only gotten worse within the past year. its horrible, leaving scars and red marks all over my face even after the zit is gone. ive been on so many different antibiotics and different medications i lost track. every 3 months im pretty much switching to a new prescription and im getting so fed up with everything. my acne is completely ruining my social life and i hate going out in public lately because of it.
i only have it on my face. on my cheeks and my chin and very occassionally on my forehead.
im honestly running out of hope and i start at a new school in just a couple weeks and now i have to start with the face of a 15 year old. im trying my best not to stress but its pretty hard when i am doing everything possible to get rid of my acne and nothing does the trick.
i wash my face every morning and every night. i take my antibiotics 2 times every day. i use my topical creams ( two of them) every morning and every night. how is it that i cant even make the slightest bit of improvement? is there something more that i can do? am i doing something wrong? anyone with any experience or anyone that has suggetions, really im open to anything right now becuase im truly running out hope.

thanks.
