deep acne

my pores are very big, my whole back, arms, face, and head all breakout.
i have used medication, proactive, neutrigina, and clean and clear creams and face wash. i wash my face everynight and do the proactive steps but nothing works. i know popping zits causes scars, but even if i do not pop them they scar.  and sumtimes i will have some that are ready and i pop them and the next day the pore is filled with pus again.  i know i get all of the stuff out when i sqeeze.  why do i have this and is there anythign that can help reduce pore size (that wont make me breakout) ,help with scaring and breakouts all over, and help reduce oil being produced through out the day??
