does accutane affects my pregnancy?

I only used accutane 2months and then i stop, its already 3months now, and im pregnant does accutanme affects my pregnancy??

Hi. Female patients must use 2 forms of contraception and avoid pregnancy whilst on Accutane and for 5 weeks afterwards, regardless of the length of time for which Accutane was taken.
How many weeks pregnant are you? If you conceived 5 weeks or more after stopping Accutane, your baby will not have been exposed to the drug.

Accutane most certainly does effect pregnancy!  How long were you off of the medication when you got pregnant?  I'm not sure where you are from, but in the U.S., patients are required to register themselves to take this med.  Female patients are also required to get monthly pregnancy tests just to make sure.  Did your doctor not explain the side effects to you before you started taking it?

There is a high risk of malformation if the pregnancy was exposed to the drug. But after 5 weeks the Accutane is out of your system. Providing the baby was conceived 5 weeks or more after you stopped Accutane, it will not have been exposed to the toxin.
