I went to a Dr. in Beverly Hills to talk about getting rid of my acne scars while treating my acne. He recommended the factionated Co2 laser. The treatment costs $5000 at this office.
I have already had photo laser treatments twiceTwice-a-day, following numerous microderm treatments over years. I don't want to spend another large chunk of money only to see my acne worsen and create new scars.
I am an esthetician, and I will try and advise you the best that I can.
Firts of all, you have to get your acne under controlControl Control rx before taking drastic measures to treat your acneic scarring.
I recommend that you see a good esthetician (a clinical one--not one in spas--they don't have enough experience with this). I usually use home care (Obagi Clenziderm System, Vivant, and/or RetinRetin a micro gel Retin a micro gel pump Retin-a-A) and sometimes chemical peels to do this.
After you get clearClear by design Clear eyes Clear eyes acr Clear eyes clr Clear-atadine Clear-atadine children's and your acne scarring is still more than the Retin-A and microderms can handle, a fractionated C02 laser is probably your best bet, but $5000 is WAY too much money. You can someone just as competent that doesn't necessarily have an office in Beverly Hills to perform such a treatment.
Hope this helps, and please don't hesitate to ask me anything else.
