genital acne

So i know it sounds wierd, but i have pimples down below. It only started recently, theyre not warts and not blisters....just zits. They cant be drained like normal ones though, and it takes a while to get rid of one. I noticed that it gets worse the more i sweat during the day so forth. Any way to get rid of them? Any special cream for this?

-P.S. I dont think it is an STD, last time i had sex was about 2-3 months before the first one showed up.

it happens to a lot of people - but you should go to a clinic and have it diagnosed just in case, to make sure it's not something like molluscum contagiosum.  molluscum has a 2-3 month incubating period ranging from 1 week to 6 months... it's usually self-resolving.  some other std's have a lengthy incubating period as well.

but if they are just pimples you could try a hot compress then applying raw potato or raw payaya.  
garlic and lemon juice kill and cleanse acne but I reckon they could be too harsh for that area.
almond or coconut oil can be used to balance oil production.

sweat irritates a lot of skin conditions, so just try to do your best to keep the area clean and dry.  make sure you drink lots of fluids to regulate sweat as well.
