got big bumps

i live in las vegas nv  i been here for 3 yrs lately i have  been gettting  these big  large  bumps  on my back my neck my lower thighs between my leggs  my arms  they itch like crazy and  get bigger they turn  big and nasty can you help me i am suffering like  crazy  ty heres my e-mail address  ***@****

It sounds like you are suffering from cystic acne. One thing that you can do right now is stop wearing clothes that hold moisture. These are fabrics like polyester and polyester blends, acrylic and nylon. These fabrics don't breath so when you sweat your skin will just have to absorb all the oil. Then it mixes with any dead skin and dirt and then you are on your way to forming a cystic pimple. Wear fabrics like cotton, rayon or linen because they will not trap the oils, but absorb it. Be gentle on your skin when you have cystic acne. You must not use hard cloths or rough makeup brushes on your skin as this will greatly irritate your acne condition and make it hard to control. Also, especially with cystic acne you must never squeeze your pimples. That causes that particular pimple to swell even more because it is giving it opportunity for the bacetria to spread.
