hard lumps, need help

hi, ive been getting these hard, sore red lumps on my forhead every so often. I dont think they are spots becuase there is nothing 'in them', and they feel too hard. they go after about 5 days
They are quite large and very sore, often giving me headaches

do you know what they could be????

It is possible they are spots, some of mine are just red in appreance with no head and no apparent pus inside. Over the counter remedies are not very effective for bad spots so i would see your doctor fo some treatment, especially given the concurrent headaches. xx
