helppppp!!!!!

I am 19 yrs old and female. I have a constant acne problem.I have tried everything there is.I have been having acne for the past two years and they never seem to clear up.I also have very oily skin and pores are becoming larger.What can i do to stop this.Please tell me a solution.

You don't say specifically what you have tried, but these are the standard treatments for acne:
i) A topical retinoid such as Differin (adapalene) gel.
ii) A course of oral antibiotics such as Oxytetracycline.
iii) An anti-androgen contraceptive pill such as Yaz or Yasmin.
iv) A non-hormonal anti-androgen called Spironolactone.
v) Oral Isotretinoin (previously called Accutane). This is only prescribed when other treatments have resulted in failure or relapse.

Which of these have you tried and what were the results like? You will have to use acne medicine for at least 8 weeks to see a clinical improvement, further improvement should be seen with continued use. Do not stop using the medication as soon as your skin clears as the acne may return, your doctor may keep prescribing medicine to prevent acne in the future.
