hi, i am 25, and have these little bumps on my thumb. first i only had 1, then i saw 2 more around it and now they are getting bigger. i also have thyroid and ingrown hair on my face. its like all over my chin and neck. ( the same way men have beard) PLEASE HELP ME

that is strange. are they pimple like or warts?
