how do you get rid of zits?

i need help!!! ive had acne for a while now and its getting on my nerves! does anyone have any good products besides proactive because that didnt work for me at all. any other suggestions will be greatly appreciated. thanks!

There are loads of things you can try. Freederm is a good over the counter remedy. Your doctor can also prescribe topical lotions like dalacin or differin. Oral antibiotics such as oxytretracycline can help too. If you are female do not take the progesterone only pill as that makes acne worse, instead go on diane 35 or yasmin. x
