i had a couple tiny pimples on my penis

so about 2 weeks ago i noticed i had about 4 tiny pimples on my penis i have had one before looked just like this only not 4 at time and they were  not clustered together just like randomly on shaft after my drill weekend it was hot and i didn't get to bath adiquatly i didn't think anything of it and poped them they acted just like regular pimples and poped and bled a little bit they were just so tiny like pen point size and they healed up in a few days then today i noticed 2 more they look like nothing online i have found std wise and i have no other symptoms exept that, should i be freaking out they are not clustered either just like 2 random pimples and not in same spot as other one am i not bathing right or something it is starting to get hot last week or so they just look like tiny pimples and i think thats all they are but idk just a guy freakin out proly over nothing but idk i am a medic for army and have seen bad std's and it doesn't look like that and did more online research but idk still a little concered i also had a little bit of a heat rash on my thigh

in fact the more i talk about and actually write it down the more stupid and peranoid i sound but still i am a guy and it did freak me out a little bit hope someone can help or tak to me about it

also when i pull skin tight on underside of shaft there seem to be these little bumps or pimples that dont pop or anything and can only see them if i pull skin tight am i freaking out or whats going on

I think your getting excited over something that should and could easily be identified and treated by your doctor. I sure don't advocate you popping these however as this cause infection and other issues. Make the apointment and get it cleared up. Don't be scared to address these things. Can happen to anyone.
