i really need someone to help me for my ache vulgaris.

hi guys this is sam from india. i am facing a very serious problem of ache. my doctor says that they are helpless. and that may be right.. coz the real problem had stared when i was 15 yer old. and now am 19 but still facing the same promlem. am facing a serious kind of ache problem. i never like to see the mirror. am in too much depression. even this problem has affected my studies. i feel uncomfortable to sit with my friends and also to interact with my teachers. because of my mistakes.. i have too many spots developed on my face. even many dots which seem like some has taken a nail and done it perposely on my face. plz help me if u can.
