inner thigh issue

I was wondering what it is if you have acne, almost like red dots, in your inner thigh that doesint itch and woint go away? I went to my doctor, and he said its just irritated skin and it will go away soon, it hasent and ive had it for about a year now. what do i do?

If those areas easily gets sweaty/clammy, even in winter, put on a bit of baby powder.  Irritated skin in those areas are always present when there's friction between your thighs when walking, and wearing tight jeans.  Loosen them up, and use baby powder.  It's like wearing silk boxers!
