is it a rash or chickenpox?

hello...I haven't had chickenpox before, but I have all the vaccinations. Just this morning, I realized that I have a sore throat, and my lymph nodes are swollen. I felt light-headed in work, and I asked my officemates to check if I have a fever or not, and they said that I was a little bit warm. When I got home from work, I just saw 4 spots in my abdomen. I also checked my temperature, and it was 37.5 degrees Celsius. I took 600mg acetaminophen, and after an hour, my temperature was 37.2 degrees.
I'm not feeling any pain or headache right now, but I feel itchy. Also, my mother has a rash on her legs. So do I have chickenpox or is this only a rash?
