itching crotch

im too poor to pay 19 bucks to post a question
so here goes whoever would help me, so i had unprotected sex about 2 years ago.
a year later i had a small pimple on my crotch and it was very itchy. after i scratched
it unawareingly the the pimple was gone and around the area turn brown and grew about
a size of a quarter. i thought it would went away but the itching escalated and the more
i scratched the larger the brown skin grew. it smells weird and the dead skins fall off whenever i
scratch. after another year the brown skin took over both my right and left thigh and im
afraid of going to the doctors. i tried some anti-biotics oinment but when i rub it on, it only
gets more itchier.  if force myself not to scratch would it go away?
can someone please help me or recommend me anything?
