keritosis pilaris on arms will accutane help?!! plz help

has anyone figured out a way to beat this **** im so fed up and embarrassed from this i feel like im scared for life or something i cant go to beaches swimming pools i dont feel normal does anyone know if accutane will work for this in some way?

Will you explain what exactly this is? Accutane is a great drug.
