leg acne or rash

Hello,
i ve been having acne on my thighs on both legs for last two months.I had baby 6 months ago and at first a tough it was a hormons after baby but i dont think that anymore.They are not itchy or anything like that.They are just all over my thights and it is bothering me a lot.It s summer and i cant wear bathing suite or shorts.I went to the doctor and at first i got some antibiotics and later some Five cream but nothing help.Do you have any advice what to use???
