i am M-22 and masturbate regularly. does masturbation increases chances of acne? does acne mean i can still grow on height and weight?

Hi. Masturbating absolutely does not cause acne. Masturbating alone or with a partner as part of a sexual relationship is a perfectly natural way of experiencing pleasure and nearly everyone does it.
You have probably finished growing taller now, but can put on weight or lose weight if desired through diet and exercise.
See your doctor for a course of oral antibiotics like oxytetracycline and a topical acne gel like Differin.
