open pore on tip of my noseNose fracture, develops a crusty kind of scab. when scratched, bled profusely. it seems to be getting
worse. can this be dangerous?
Avoid picking, squeezing or scratching acne spots as this will spread bacteria under the skin leading to further spots. It will also delay healing time and could lead to secondary infection and possible scarring.
Clinique make a good range of pore minimizing products which will prevent open pores from becoming infected in the future. For now, keep the area clean and use a healing cream such as Savlon or Sudocrem.
