painful penis pimples.

Good Evening Doctor,
I have looked at the forums and have seen that there is a lot of people who complain of penis pimples (which I pray is what I may share with them). But my problem is mine hurt. They sting horribly when I try to pop them. I say I hope that this is what they are because I have seen the pictures of herpes and I want to safely rule them out. Unfortunately since I am of very low class I cant afford to see a doctor at this time. Please help me make a decision.

These look like facial pimples at first and they do hurt at first. I know they are there right away. If they get irritated (attempting to pop them, or sexual intercourse, etc.) they turn thick and red and sometimes they feel like they are under the skin. They did not come up in tight clusters like the pics I have seen with herpes, but lately they have been appearing a lot more. in scattered places but mostly on the shaft of the penis.

My problem is they DO HURT. I have read most if not all of the "penis pimple" forums and everyone "claims" they pop them and that it doesnt hurt. Mine hurt really bad! Please tell me if you "think" it might be nothing to worry about or if I should break open the life savings and see a doctor.

Thanks, Unsure

Sounds like Herpes!  Sorry, but it sure sounds like it. My husband has it, and his are just the same.  Alcohol will help them go away quicker.  But it burns like he**!  My husband has let out some terrible screams from inside the bathroom.  He doesn't use anything, because the meds didn't really help enough to continue taling them.  He just lets it go without a worry, and we are just careful not to  $^&^$#, when he is having a outbreak.  If it really is, then when you first noticed it, you would have gotten flu like symtoms, or just gotten plain ill during your first outbreak.  Good luck!
