palm rashes

I've been having horrible rashes for the pass few days. i have never experienced rashes before. they are like little bumps on my palms, even fingers, and some on my feet. it gets very itchy in the night and morning, especially in the middle of the night. I've tried applying different types of skin cream but doesnt help much. The rashes are spreading bit by bit, and i still have no idea what it is, and what the cause is. I did not change any habits, still always clean. I've tried washing in dettol, still nothing. any thoughts?

Rashes could be a sign of a few conditions like infections, inflammations a few autoimmune causes, allergic reaction, micronutrient deficiencies, metabolic/ hormonal/ endocrine disorders, in response to a few drugs/ medications, haematological issues etc. A few of these may be associated with itching. Without a clinical evaluation, it would be difficult to differentiate between these. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a primary care physician or a dermatologist at your earliest convenience for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
