pimples- KERATOSIS PILARIS....Need HELP!!!

Does anyone have any good soulutions to clearing up "Keratosis Pilaris" (small bumps, looks like pimples) I have these all over. I hate wearing t-shirts the most, b/c I pick at them, and they swell up, and get really red. I have them on my arms, legs,and bum.

This condition is harmless although it sometimes itches and the patient may dislike its apperance. Solutions containing salicylic acid, lactic acid or urea may be purchased or obtained on prescription.
You must stop picking at them. This will cause a secondary infection, delay healing and could cause permanent scarring. The above remedies will help and your condition will improve with age.

exfoliation seems to work for me. I use a back brush to brush my skin and this smooths the skin as well as reduces the skins bumpiness. e
