pimples and uneven skin tone

hi i have little pimples under my lip around my chin that never go away.i tried to pop it but they seem to always come back.they created a dark brown spot.I've had his problem for over a year.help please!!

There is this thing that you could buy in the internet here in the philippines, 1st to buy if u have pimple is the acne set, then the peeling set then lastly the withening set, if u dont have pimples then u cud just use the withening set, the prroduct prevents new pimple coming out and it whitens the spots, actually im going to purchase it on monday, i would tell u if it works or not, we got same prob and i have tried everything already
