pimples

i had pimples on my balls and sometimes on my penis for along time it does not effect my sexual ability but it looks weird . anything i can use to get rid of it . PS it smells when i pop it

they r not pimples, go see a dr. u could well have HERPES

Sounds like oil cysts/sebaceous cysts.  You might want to improve your diet and try eliminating common allergens from your diet to see if that helps.  You might be reacting to whatever lubricant you are using.

I am sure its not herpes its pimples and everytime i squeeze it a bit of puss comes out if theirs any medicine i can use or maybe something to apply on it , its just look ugly

it is infected, see dr, in mean time use anti fungals and wash gently 3 times daily
the anti fungals will be found as athlete's foot products, jock itch products etc BUT sound like a bacterial  infection which will require antibiotics specific to this and that's why u need to see a dr or clinic
