pimples

I have pimples on my chiks.and my chiks are always red or some like pink in colour.They are red i like it but i have some kind of pimples .when i ever i wash my face with soap so after washing there appear oil on my skin which i removed by tissue paper.the oil does not come as in everyday life but comes after washing my face with soap .plz help me that why this oil comes n how the pimples on my chiks will be removed.

All I can reccomend is doing is changing your soap, maybe to one that's not as harsh on the skin?
