Hi. There is a lack of medical evidence that natural or homemade remedies are effectiveEffective strength cough syrup in treating acne.
You don't say which medicines you have tried, but the standard treatment for acne is a course of oral antibiotics (such as Lymecycline or Oxytetracyline) and a topical retinoid (such as Differin or RetinRetin a micro gel Retin a micro gel pump Retin-a-a). We would expect to see a clinical improvement after 4-8 weeks, although it can take 3-4 months so be patient.
If standard treatments result in failure or relapse, ask your doctor about Accutane (oral Isotretinoin) the strongest acne treatment available.

Avoid being too hard on your skin. Like, don't use various different methods all at once. I know it's probably frustrating, but these things take time. I've done this, and believe me... it wasn't a good idea.
Follow a regularRegular insulin face cleaning routine (cleanse, tone, moisturize) using products that are suited to your skin.
Exfoliate a few times a week (but not too much because that'll just make things worse). Drink plenty of water to help toxins out of your body.
Eat fresh fruit. Lots of it.
Sun protection. It's important.
Patience.
I've used a product called PanOxyl in the past, when my acne was at its worst. It contains benzoyl peroxide (used to treat acne) and did sort of work for me, but benzoyl peroxide dries out skin so you're going to have to moisturize...
