popped pimple, scarred

Hi there, ive had a small red dot on my face since i was about 5. Recently, i tried to pop it in which i did but alot of clear gooey stuff came out. It healed and the spot where i popped it had  blackish colour under it. So i scratched the skin off and more and more gooey stuff came out. I keep squeezing/draining until no more came out but now the wound wont heal or scab up. Whats wrong! Please help. Cheers.

The original lesion was probably harmless even though you found it unappealing to look at. Although it is tempting, squeezing or popping blemishes seldom improves their appearance. It can also spread bacteria causing secondary infection and lead to  scarring.
Keep the area clean and apply an antiseptic lotion such as TCP. Be patient while this wound heals. Once it has healed apply some Bio-oil to mimimise scarring.
