post accutane-differin

So, I have been on 2 full courses of Accutane. Each time has worked like a charm and have been fairly clear for the 6 months following. First time I was on it I had a relapse about 18 months after completion (nowhere near as bad as before Accutane, but enough that I was self-conscious about it), so I got on another 7 month course that finished Jan this year. So my question is this, my derm has put me on differin gel which I have been on for about 3 months. Has anyone had any experiences with differin after accutane? So far my skin seems to be working in a cycle, clear for 2 weeks then a small break out in the third week. Weird. Just hoping I don't have to do a third round of Accutane!
