I am 4 weeks pregnant and my job is very physical. I deliver office
supplies and furniture which is very heavy. i pick up from 50 to 150
Pounds at times. is this harmful to the baby or can it cause me to miscary??
Though there is no direct evidence that strenuous physical activity can cause miscarriage in the absence of a primary issue related to pregnancy; it is better to avoid extreme physical activity and limit to mild-moderate exertion. It is also important to take care of your diet, taking into view the physical output.
Hope this helps.
