red line from sore (quickly disappeared?)

This morning I had a pimple on my inner arm between my elbow armpit. After popping it it became inflammed, reddened, and a small red line appeared going up my bicep about two inches. It disappeared within the hour after using Neosporin.

Now, later in the day, I feel a general sense of lethargy. Its very hard to describe, but my body and arms just feel generally without energy, although I can use them just fine. I have some slight stomach discomfort and back pain, but these are not uncommon for me. I should also mention I have a history with depersonalization.

I'm just concerned whether or not the red line was significant considering how quickly it disappeared. There is still redness around the sore/pimple.
