roaccutane

I got a rash on my face on November 2007 which my GP diagnosed as psoriasis. was given daktacort which is 1% hydrocortisone. it was a real struggle to get it clear for good, and it eventually went in april 2008 and never returned. now over the last four months i have developed acne and now its quite bad. Could the use of the steroid cream earlir in the year have caused this to happen. i was prescribed tetraysal first for acne and it caused headaches, then i was given doxycycline and it just keeps getting worse. i have asked the doctor to refer me to the hospital for roaccutane. im now 26 and used roaccutane when i was 19 for 4-5 months and it completely cleared my skin of acne until 4 months ago, so was 5 years clear. since i had psoraisis (psoriasis) on my face will it be ok to go on a second course of roaccutane, and could the use of the steriod cream caused acne to rear its ugly head again
