rough red itchy spots on cheeks

I just got these mild tiny red rough, itchy spots on the cheeks last night. there not scaly but they are dry so Ive use oil free moisturisers but that hasn't done the job. I have started to use a new product to help clear my face, as i have acne on my forehead. ( my new product is garnier ,it seems to work my skin felt and look better before now, its also was better than any other products Ive used.) Its not bad acne and i no its aspect-ed to have acne as a teen, but this stuff on my cheeks Ive never seen before. I'm really upset by this because i haven't eaten anything different nor as far as i no am i allergic to any foods. If it doesn't clear up I'm going to go see a doctor or dermatologist, however I'm to afraid to be seen I'm public! What can I do? will this Stop? is the new product? hives?

If the only thing you have changed is the new garnier product, then I would say that could very well be it.  Discontinue using it and see if it clears up.  I can't help you with going out in public but I'm sure it won't last very long.  Of course if it doesn't go away, then I'd make that call to the dermatologist.  Our faces are very picky!
