severe skin disorder...please help!!!!

i am an Indian.And i am having so much of skin issues.i have got white heads, pimples and my skin looks dull like  a patient.i exfoliate my face regularly to avoid white heads and Acne problem but those are really stub burn.sometimes i face break outs on my face.i have acne marks as well.

i am having severe hair fall..

i have tried all the products of bodyshop and it seems the products are not working properly..Please help me out ..i am 25 and whitish complexon but i am looking dusky because of my skin disorder..

Should i go for a facial?

My acne use to be somewhat bad.  Proactive worked for a while then quit working.  I switched to Oil of Olay cream rinse.  Use that morning and night.  Use Loreal Bare Naturale (mineral make up) as my foundation.  I also take Minocycline twice a day which is for acne.  You can take it up to 3 times a day.  You have to get a perscription frm your doctor but this has been wrking for me.  I still break out at times but not like I use to.  Hope this helps.
