skin breakout

Hi! i went to my dermatologist because recently am having some bad acne and also its leaving an ugly mark in my skin. my doctor prescribed me Solodyn ER 90 MG to be taken once a day by mouth and also  duac cream during morning and Differin cream at evening. But i noticed that my skins breaking out more and its making it more dry. am not using any other thing aside from what my doctor prescribed me. but it seems like after the break out it leaves me with some acne scar /mark....i dont know what i should do about it and if i need to let my doctor change the prescribed medication or carry on with it? what should i do to lessen the  acne scar? coz it is really bothering me.....i hope can help me.
