small blisters (hard water filled)

My son is 3 he has these small hard blisters in the bend of his arms. He has on small one on his neck and now seems to have a few on the back of his leg. he says they do not itch but, have now been there for several weeks. Can anyone help. I get small itchy blisters on my fingers and they itch terribly, this doesn't seem to be the same.

Blisters can be caused due to infections, trauma (frictional, heat damage etc), in a few skin disorders etc. The infectious causes tend to be more common in children. Without a clinical evaluation, it would be difficult to differentiate between the causes. I would suggest consulting a pediatrician or a dermatologist for an evaluation, an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
